We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and through the products we own and operate, including EcoPin, Facegammon, GlobalVPN and SmartKitchen.
What we collect
On this website. If you send us a project enquiry we collect the name, email address, and any details you choose to include. We keep basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
In our products. Each product collects only what it needs to work. This is described in that product’s own privacy policy, linked from the product’s website.
We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function. We also use the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure whether our advertising brings visitors here. Its advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie notice; until then the tag sends only cookieless, non-identifying pings. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate — hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics — and only as far as needed. They are bound to process it on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 3 years. Accounting records are kept for 10 years, as required by Turkish law. Product data retention is described in each product’s policy.
Your rights
Under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form, and you may object to processing. Write to info@trinitytech.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are outside Türkiye. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
Our website and business services are not directed at children under 13. Where one of our products is available to younger users, that product’s own policy sets out the applicable rules.
