Organizational process automation

We start by watching how the organization actually works — who does what, in what order, with which documents and approvals — and finish with the web portal, application or workflow that runs it. In Persian we call this روند سازمانی.

How it works

  1. ObserveWe sit with the people doing the work and map every step, handoff, exception and bottleneck as it really happens — not as the org chart says.
  2. DesignThe target process: which steps stay manual, which get automated, where approvals and audit trails belong. You sign off on a diagram before any code exists.
  3. BuildThe system that runs it — a web portal, an internal application, a mobile app for field staff, and the integrations with what you already use.
  4. RunDashboards and reports so the process stays visible, and changes as the organization changes. We stay on as the operator if you want us to.
